Micah Elconin has
a B.A in philosophy from UCSB and is a certified natural
chef and nutrition educator. He was sous chef for the
School Down Under in New Zealand, and has worked in the
kitchen at the Sage and Onion in Santa Barbara and
Café Gratitude
in San Francisco. He knows well the power of a high
quality diet and has used one to overcome the eczema,
asthma, and allergies that he spent most of his childhood
suffering from. Micah has been practicing asthanga yoga
since 2000 under the guidance of
Steve Dwelley
and Michele Nichols. In 2004 he traveled to Mysore
India for 3 months to study under
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
